All of the other gauges on the instrument cluster work perfectly except for the speedometer and odometer. Odometer works the light comes on but the numbers are stuck at one set of numbers it does not change how to fix. The cluster has to be removed and disassembled in order to resolder.

The speedometer still works ok as far as i can tell. Now, take it out and see if the cruise control still works. It is on the lock cylinder.
